The Government of Ghana provides GDCH on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our services:

- •Service availability may be affected by maintenance or updates
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from the use of GDCH shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
